Friday -- at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver -- the Wine & Jazz Festival will begin its three-day run. On Thursday workers were busy getting the park ready. The fencing already was mostly up and many of the special seating areas were in place. The weather forecast looks good for the entire weekend.
