Bicycle rider struck and killed in Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- A bicycle rider was struck by a car and killed Monday evening in Eugene.
Police told KVAL (http://bit.ly/oUKrPm ) that 39-year-old Mingo Shay Pelkey of Eugene was changing lanes to make a turn when she was hit from behind.
