Collision on I-5 Bridge causes injuries

An early afternoon accident clogged traffic Wednesday on the northbound lanes of the Interstate 5 Bridge.
Portland Fire & Rescue and the Vancouver Fire Department responded to a crash, which appeared to be on the northbound lanes of I-5.
The accident involved multiple cars and multiple patients, said Portland Fire & Rescue spokesman Tommy Schroeder.
Four people were taken to hospitals with injuries believed not life-threatening; a fifth suffered minor abrasions, Schroeder said.
Names and conditions of the patients were not available.
