Wagner routs St. Francis (NY) 90-50

NEW YORK (AP) — Jonathon Williams scored led four Wagner players in double figures with 18 points, and the Seahawks routed St. Francis (N.Y.) 90-50 on Saturday night.

Wagner (6-2, 1-1 Northeast Conference) led 36-27 at halftime, before outscoring the Terriers 54-23 in the final 20 minutes. The Seahawks held St. Francis to just 27.3 percent from the field in the second half (6 of 22), as it went 0-for-5 from 3-point range.

Wagner shot 57.1 percent in the second half (16 of 28), and finished 32 of 57 for the game (56.1 percent).

Tyler Murray and Chris Martin scored 14 points apiece for the Seahawks, who snapped a 5-game losing streak to the Terriers. Kenneth Ortiz chipped in with 12 points and Naofall Folahan had 10 for Wagner, which held St. Francis (2-5, 1-1) without a scorer in double figures.

The Seahawks scored 24 points off 21 turnovers, while committing just 13 themselves.
