GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Kevin Kolb was active on Sunday for the first time in five weeks and started at quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

Dallas wide receiver Miles Austin was inactive with a hamstring injury for the fourth straight game. He did not practice all week and was declared out of the game on Friday.

Kolb, who practiced all week, had not dressed for a game since he sustained a right turf toe and bruise to the right side of his foot in a 30-27 loss at Baltimore on Oct. 30. Arizona won three of four in Kolb’s absence, but his backup John Skelton struggled in the past two games.

All of the players listed as questionable for both teams were active on Sunday.
