Boise State defeats Idaho State 79-55

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Drew Wiley scored 14 points to lead Boise State to a 79-55 victory over Idaho State on Monday night.

Anthony Drmic and Thomas Bropleh scored 11 points apiece, and the Broncos (7-1) made 12 3-pointers en route to their fourth straight win.

Chase Grabau scored 12 points and Kenny McGowen 10 for the Bengals (2-6).

The Broncos opened the second half with 10 straight points to assert control. Drmic culminated the surge with back-to-back 3-pointers to give Boise State a 46-25 advantage with 16:39 remaining.

Wiley hit four of the Broncos’ seven first-half 3-pointers.

Boise State defeated Idaho State for the fifth consecutive meeting and is 7-0 at home this season.
