Person of interest reported in Shoreline rape

SHORELINE, Wash. (AP) -- KOMO-TV reports King County sheriff's detectives have a person of interest in the rape of a 12-year-old Shoreline girl.
The station reports detectives canvassed the neighborhood overnight and took a man into custody after a traffic stop.
The girl was attacked early Sunday by a stranger who fled the apartment when the mother came home from work.
