Letter: Season has something for everyone

I am an atheist.

Can we just stop all the “political correctness” for a while and enjoy the season?

Feel free to wish me a Merry Christmas. Go ahead and call it a Christmas tree and not a holiday tree. You won’t hurt my feelings and you won’t make me feel left out.

Perhaps I may believe in fewer Gods than you, but I think we all believe this is a special time to enjoy family and friends and share with others.

Enjoy the season, and please don’t forget to show compassion and help those in need.
