LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles Sparks have signed free-agent point guard Loree Moore, reuniting her with former high school teammate Ebony Hoffman.

Moore and Hoffman, an unrestricted free agent who signed with the Sparks earlier this week, led Narbonne High in Harbor City to a California state title in 2000.

Moore played for the New York Liberty from 2005-09, averaging 6.0 points, 3.7 assists and 3.5 rebounds. She helped them reach the Eastern Conference finals in 2008 and made the WNBA all-defensive team in 2007. Moore is currently playing in Russia.

Besides Hoffman, the Sparks re-signed guards Ticha Penicheiro and Noelle Quinn and added guard Natasha Lacy and forward LaToya Pringle to their roster this week.
