CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade is in the starting lineup against Charlotte despite a sore back.

Wade was on the first bus to the arena on Friday and was on the floor loosening up more than 90 minutes before the game. He then received treatment before telling the coaching staff he could play.

Wade missed most of the third quarter in Thursday’s win over Orlando after taking an awkward fall when he was fouled by Dwight Howard. Wade returned and played in the fourth, finishing with 14 points.
