ANTALYA, Turkey (AP) — Matt Stinson scored the game’s only goal to lift Toronto FC to a 1-0 exhibition victory over Red Star Belgrade on Sunday.

Stinson, a former Toronto FC Academy player, scored in the 41st minute on a cross from Javier Martina to give the Major League Soccer club the lead. The victory came after a 1-1 tie with Partizan Belgrade, another Serbian club, on Thursday.

Toronto captain Dwayne De Rosario didn’t play after joining Canada’s national team ahead of its game Wednesday against Greece. Defender Adrian Cann will join the national team Monday.

Toronto, which is training at the Calista Luxury Resort in Turkey, plays Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday. The team then returns briefly to Toronto before resuming training camp in Orlando, Fla., and Charleston, S.C.
