Keflezighi, Hall to run NYC Half-Marathon in March

NEW YORK (AP) — Top American distance runners Meb Keflezighi, Ryan Hall and Abdi Abdirahman will run the NYC Half-Marathon in March.

The 35-year-old Keflezighi won the New York City Marathon in 2009, the first American to do so since 1982. He was the silver medalist at the 2004 Athens Olympics.

Hall won the U.S. Olympic trials for the marathon in New York in dominant fashion in 2007. Abdirahman is a three-time Olympian.

The NYC Half-Marathon, with a $100,000 prize purse, will be held March 20.
