SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane County commissioners voted Tuesday to ban the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors. Several commissioners talked about their own battles agaisnt nicotine addiction.
The e-cigarettes vaporize nicotine without burning tobacco.
The Spokesman-Review reports the Spokane City Council passed a similar ban Monday and the Spokane Valley City Council will consider the proposal on Feb. 22.
