GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Jamal Webb scored 14 points to lead four North Dakota players in double digits as part of a 76-73 victory over Louisiana Tech on Wednesday night.
The Fighting Sioux (13-11) went ahead for good when Patrick Mitchell hit a 3-pointer just after halftime to make it 29-26.
From there, North Dakota led by as many as 15 points.
Mitchell finished with 11 points for North Dakota while Troy Huff and Aaron Anderson added 13 each.
The Bulldogs (11-16) rallied late in the game, pulling within 73-72 with eight seconds left when Kenyon McNeaill hit his seventh 3-pointer of the game.
