DOHA, Qatar (AP) — The top-ranked Caroline Wozniacki cruised into the Qatar Ladies Open final with a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Marion Bartoli of France.
Wozniacki won her 13th career title in Dubai last week. She will have a shot at another title on Saturday against either No. 3-ranked Vera Zvonareva or former No. 1 Jelena Jankovic.
Bartoli beat the Dane in their last two matches. But Wozniacki took a 4-0 lead Friday in the first set and was never threatened.
