Vancouver City Council, 4 p.m., City Hall, 210 E. 13th St.: workshop on update to council policy; 7 p.m. regular meeting: consent agenda; public hearing on Pearson Field lease; citizen communication.

Washougal City Council, 5:30 p.m., City Hall, 1701 C St.: workshop to discuss department head manual; service agreements for public works projects; interlocal agreement with Clark County, Vancouver and Camas for veteran’s therapeutic court; award bid for Zone 4 reservoir project; and sign regulation.
