KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — The Kansas City Chiefs have signed free agent wide receiver Kevin Curtis and placed defensive back Donald Washington on injured reserve.

The Chiefs also added tight end Cody Slate to the practice squad Wednesday.

Curtis played in two games with Miami this season and made one catch for 6 yards. He’s played in 81 games with Miami, Philadelphia and St. Louis.

Slate was with the Chiefs in training camp after signing as a rookie free agent. Washington has been inactive for several weeks after making two starts and recording 24 tackles this year.

The Chiefs host Baltimore in the playoffs this weekend.
