CHANDLER, Ariz. (AP) — An armed man involved in a standoff with authorities at a fast food restaurant in the Phoenix suburb of Chandler has surrendered to police and is in custody.
Authorities were searching the nearby Chandler Fashion Center Wednesday for another possible suspect.
Police did not immediately identify the man in custody or the possible second suspect.
