WASHINGTON (AP) — Bomb technicians are investigating a report of a suspicious package at a mail facility in northeast Washington where another package ignited last week.
D.C. police spokeswoman Istmania Bonilla says bomb technicians were responding to a report of a suspicious package Wednesday afternoon. Bonilla did not have any additional information.
Richard J. Wolf, a spokesman for the FBI’s Baltimore field office, says investigators are aware of the package and are looking into whether it is linked to the ones sent last week.
