The Master Composter/Recycler Program is accepting applications for free training in composting, recycling and other waste reduction and sustainability techniques.
Training begins Feb. 3 and will continue from 6 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday through April 7 at the Clark County Operations Division conference center, 4700 N.E. 78th St.
