GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Julie Wojta scored 23 points, Kayla Tetschlag had 18 and No. 23 Wisconsin-Green Bay defeated Illinois-Chicago 60-51 on Saturday.

The win was the 100th at Green Bay (17-1, 6-0 Horizon League) for Phoenix coach Matt Bollant, who reached the mark faster than any coach in program history.

Shameia Green scored 15 of her 20 points in the second half for the Flames (7-9, 2-3). Taylor Foulks added 12 points.

Trailing 38-18 at the break, Illinois-Chicago chipped away at the deficit and pulled within nine with less than 7 minutes remaining. However, back-to-back baskets by Tetschlag and Wojta pushed the lead back to double digits and the Flames never seriously threatened again.

The Phoenix made seven of their first 10 shots and shot 64 percent overall while Illinois-Chicago shot just 20 percent (6 of 30) in the first half.
