NEW YORK (AP) — A person familiar with the negotiations tells The Associated Press that Andruw Jones has agreed to a $1.2 million, one-year contract with the New York Yankees.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity Thursday because the deal for the former star outfielder is subject to physical.
Jones can earn additional performance bonuses as part of the agreement.
