Two wounded in Vancouver drive-by shooting

Two people were injured late Saturday in a drive-by shooting in Vancouver’s Harney Heights neighborhood.

The shooting was reported at 9:07 p.m., with victims found at separate locations in the 2000 block of Brandt Road and 2000 block of Todd Road, just south of Fourth Plain Boulevard.

Vancouver Fire Department Capt. Scott Willis said the victims included a man, who suffered a life-threatening neck injury, and a juvenile female.

Police spokeswoman Kim Kapp said the man was 18. The age of the female was not available. Kapp said detectives remained on scene at 11 p.m., and that the investigation continued.
