EAST WENATCHEE, Wash. (AP) — The Washington State Patrol says a vehicular homicide charge is expected against a 29-year-old Wenatchee man suspected of drunken driving in a fatal crash.

Troopers say his car crossed the fog line on Highway 28 Saturday night near East Wenatchee and rear-ended an abandoned bus on the shoulder.

The crash killed a passenger in the car, 28-year-old Jacob De Los Reyes of East Wenatchee.

The driver was taken to a hospital with a head injury.
