KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) — An Oregon man accused of shooting a Klamath Falls woman in the face has posted Internet blogs and video that a prosecutor says could be used in court against him.

The Herald and News reports the online postings by 31-year-old Allen Reyes includes videos where he displays a pistol and semi-automatic rifle, and dons a pair of goggles he calls “rape goggles.”

Klamath County District Attorney Ed Caleb says investigators are aware of the online content but it will be up to a judge to determine whether it can be used as evidence.

Scott Carter, Reyes’ defense attorney, did not return phone calls from the Herald and News.

Reyes has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, assault and unlawful use of a weapon in the shooting of 20-year-old Amber Tripp.
