ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) — The Oakland Raiders have hired former Pro Bowl guard Steve Wisniewski as their assistant offensive line coach.
The team announced the hiring on its Twitter account Thursday.
Wisniewski was the strength and conditioning coach at Stanford last season. He said this move gets him back to what he loves in being with the Raiders and coaching the offensive line.
Wisniewski played 206 games over 13 seasons with the Raiders. He made the Pro Bowl eight times and is a two-time first-team All-Pro.
