Lacking any degree of professional baseball in the 23rd-largest metropolitan area in the United States is plain un-American.
Although several stadium funding ideas having been discussed, none seems to find favor with the vocal minority that can’t bear the thought of a 50-cent increase in the price of their annual motocross tickets.
Don’t get me started on the folks who live in the middle of the city of Vancouver and think they should be entitled to a Utopia of zero noise and ample parking.
What ever happened to civic pride?
