Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
1808 S.W. 9th Avenue LLC has purchased a 5,310-square-foot retail building at the Gardner Center at 1808 S.W. Ninth Ave., Building C, Battle Ground, from Maria’s Properties. The purchase price was $640,000. Pam Lindloff, Charlie Kleier and Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and the seller.
Columbia/Okura LLC has subleased 7,200 square feet of industrial space at 3000 Columbia House Blvd., Vancouver, from Carlisle Interconnect Technologies. Jeffrey Brooks of Kidder Mathews represented both parties.
Ideal Image of Portland LLC has leased 3,040 square feet of retail space at Mill Plain Town Center from Mill Plain 164th Associates. Chris Wiley of Colliers International represented the landlord. Corine Nussmeier and Emily Matza of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.
SSC Construction has leased 1,827 square feet of office space at Park Tower I, 201 N.E. Park Plaza Drive, Vancouver. Matt Adams of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the tenant. Tom Shimota of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.
The State of Washington has leased 1,820 square feet of retail space for an Army National Guard recruiting office at South View Center, 3200 S.E. 164th Ave., Suite 214, Vancouver, from Davis Family LLC. Pam Lindloff and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.
Stephen Liston DC PS has leased 1,780 square feet of office space for a chiropractic clinic at 9100 Highway 99, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1, 2012. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and the landlord.
