The Fourth Plain Merchants Association will host the Second Annual 4th Plain International Festival from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.
Activities will include an arts and crafts fair, murals demonstrations and multicultural music and performances. Entertainment includes One of a Kind Drumline, Sabor Latino, Kaleinani o Ke Kukui, Mike Hart, Alghawazee belly dance troop and Maharlika.
More than 20 area restaurants will offer samples for a nominal fee. The festival will be held at Warriors Field on the corner of Fourth Plain Boulevard and Norris Road.
