Territorial Days return to Amboy with three days of music and entertainment. Featured events include the popular lawn mower races, the Territorial Parade, Amboy Idols, a beer garden, carnival rides and craft booths. The biggest event is the logging show, featuring log rolling, stock chain saw race, axe throwing and high climbing.

When: 8 a.m. to midnight today and Sunday.

Where: Territorial Days Park, 21400 N.E. 399th St., Amboy.

Admission: Free; $5 for lawn mower drag races, logging show and lawn mower races.

The Territorial Days is one of several events taking place this weekend. Others include a comedy festival and a winery tour.

Spend evening with the Doobie Brother

The California pop and rock band the Doobie Brothers will be rocking the Sleep Country Amphitheater. The Doobie Brothers have sold over 30 million albums. The band will be joined by War, one of most popular funk groups of the ’70s.

When: 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Wine tour features a scavenger hunt

Tour local wineries, making stops at Olequa Cellars, Galeotti’s Restaurant, Heisen House Vineyards and Rusty Grape Vineyards on the Battle Ground Wine Loop Tour. The theme of the tour is a scavenger hunt; visit each stop to find hidden clues. Those who make it all the way through will receive a prize.

Vancouver’s own comedy festival

Celebrate the art of the laugh at the Slocum House Theatre Comedy Festival, featuring improv, stand-up, magic and music. The seven-week festival includes performances by Sideburns, ShakesProv, the BEE Word and a Mystery Science Theater tribute show, as well as stand-up comedians from Tribble Run Comedy and Comedy NW.

‘Horrible Bosses’ hits theaters

Tired of the mental abuse of their intolerable bosses (Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston), Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day) hatch a complex and seemingly foolproof plan to permanently rid the world of their employers. But the three friends discover best -aid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them. “Horrible Bosses” is rated R.
