2 pitchers in Toronto system suspended for drugs

NEW YORK (AP) — Two minor league pitchers in the Toronto Blue Jays’ organization have been suspended 50 games each for drug violations.

Right-hander Aderly De La Cruz and left-hander Luillyn Guillen were penalized Thursday by the commissioner’s office.

Both players are on the roster of Toronto’s team in the Dominican Summer League.
