Ferrero beats del Bonis to make Mercedes Cup final

STUTTGART, Germany (AP) -- Juan Carlos Ferrero rallied past Federico del Bonis of Argentina 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 and reach the final of the Mercedes Cup.
The 31-year-old Spaniard is playing his first tournament in two months after wrist and knee injuries.
A former No. 1, Ferrero is ranked 85th. The 21-year-old Del Bonis is at No. 240.
The Argentine had never won a tour-level match before this week. He won three in qualifying and three in the main draw to reach his first semifinal.
