Tour: Cavendish wins stage; Voeckler keeps lead

MONTPELLIER, France (AP) -- Mark Cavendish of Britain has won the 15th stage of the Tour de France and Thomas Voeckler of France has kept the yellow jersey as riders approached the Mediterranean Sea.
Sunday's mostly flat, 120-mile route through vineyards favors sprinters, giving them a chance to shine again after three days of tough climbs in the Pyrenees.
