Letter: Fish license should be your pass

I just spent almost $30 for my fishing license. I planned on going out to Battle Ground Lake, go fishing and have a nice restful day. And guess what? The state now wants $11.50 a day or $35 a year for a “Discover Pass” just to go into the park to fish from the shore for the fish in the lake that were planted with my license fees. What a joke. All of this just to park your car. I’m not even using the park facilities. Something has to be done.
