Drivers can expect lane closures and possible delays this week on Fourth Plain Boulevard near Fort Vancouver Way while crews restore the pavement for a water main replacement project.
Grinding and paving will take place from Tuesday to Friday on Fourth Plain, between O and East Reserve streets, and along P Street, between Fourth Plain and East 29th Street. Repaving would be delayed if there’s rain, according to the city of Vancouver.
Fourth Plain will remain open to traffic during paving, but travel lanes will be restricted for the work.
