WASHINGTON (AP) — Right-handed reliever Chad Gaudin has been unconditionally released by the Washington Nationals on Thursday.
The Nationals reinstated RHP Chad Gaudin from the disabled list and designated him for assignment Tuesday night. He missed 75 games after being placed on the DL in April with right shoulder inflammation.
Gaudin went 1-1 with a 6.48 ERA in 10 appearances for the Nationals this season.
