A vehicle crash Friday morning on Interstate 205 sent one person to the hospital with a cut to the head.

The crash was reported just before 8 a.m. on the northbound freeway north of Northeast 18th Street, according to Washington State Patrol dispatchers.

Sjenna L. Mackey of Vancouver, 22, was driving a 2007 Ford Focus when she lost consciousness due to a medical condition. The Ford veered off the roadway in the median, and rolled several times.

A passenger, Terrace White, 21, of Vancouver, was taken to a hospital for examination.

Mackey was to be cited for second-degree negligent driving, according to a WSP news release.
