SEATTLE (AP) — Police say 12 people were wounded when shooting erupted at a crowded suburban Seattle parking lot.
Authorities say none of the injuries are life threatening from Saturday’s violence at a low-rider car show at La Plaza shopping center on Pacific Highway in Kent.
Kent police Sgt. Jarod Kasner tells The Associated Press that there have been no arrests but police are tracking down leads and have interviewed more than a dozen witnesses.
The bloodshed might have been gang related and the police force’s gang unit is investigating.
Kasner says it’s still not clear what touched it off, but a fight had broken out and a short while later shots were fired.
