SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Spokane police say a body found in the Spokane River is that of an 18-year-old man last seen by friends in the downtown area around midnight on July 19.
Police said Wednesday that Alexander Allen’s family reported him missing on July 22.
KXLY says Allen’s body was recovered Tuesday by Spokane Fire marine and technical rescue crews.
