SOAP LAKE, Wash. (AP) — The Grant County sheriff’s office says twin brothers have turned themselves in after one person was fatally shot and two others suffered knife wounds in Soap Lake, Wash.

Detectives continue their investigation to determine what sparked the violence early Thursday at a home on Buttercup Street South in the central Washington community.

The 18-year-old man who died was not immediately identified. Sheriff Tom Jones says an 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man suffered non-life-threatening knife wounds.

Two Soap Lake 18-year-olds, Alfredo and Juan Silva, surrendered Thursday afternoon at the Ephrata police station. They were jailed for investigation of second-degree murder and two counts of first-degree assault.
