LOS ANGELES (AP) — Former Los Angeles Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt says her ex-husband should continue to pay more than $600,000 a month in spousal support despite the team’s recent bankruptcy filing.

Jamie McCourt filed an opposition motion late Thursday in their divorce case where she says her former husband, Frank McCourt, has access to more than $70 million in income and assets that should satisfy the support.

Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon last May ordered Frank McCourt to pay $225,000 a month in spousal support and more than $400,000 a month to covera the mortgages of six homes and a condominium.

Frank McCourt has argued the payments should be more in line with the $5 million he receives annually.

A hearing is set for Aug. 10.
