A Vancouver man was arrested late Friday night after he rolled his 1977 Ford pickup on Northwest Lower River Road.
Daniel J. Patterson, 28, was arrested for suspicion of DUI and driving while suspended. Patterson and his two passengers were not seriously hurt.
The accident was reported about 10 p.m. The truck was found on its top about 50 feet off the road, also called state Highway 501, in grass behind a barbed-wire fence near Milepost 5.
Vancouver firefighters helped extricate two of the three people from the cab of the pickup, Vancouver police said.
Several Vancouver engines and crews were called to the scene. Vancouver Fire Department firefighter-spokesman Joe Spatz said crews used Rescue 42 struts to stabilize the truck and lift it.
