OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon State Patrol says a 21-year Tualatin woman has been arrested on numerous charges after she kicked and assaulted three police officers as they took her into custody at Carver Park in Clackamas County.

Trooper Dessa Deforrest says authorities were responding to a reported fight at Carver Park in Oregon City on Friday night when they found a vehicle driven by Kylie Frances O’Dee parked in a handicap parking spot.

After further investigation, Deforrest says the troopers told O’Dee she was under arrest for driving under the influence.

Deforrest says O’Dee resisted arrest, kicking the trooper and two deputies before they were able to restrain her and place her in the back of the OSP patrol car. While in the OSP car, O’Dee kicked out a window.
