Letter: Try the sound approach

The trouble with the sea lions seems so easy to fix with an underwater speaker producing sounds of orca whales.

Starting at the dam and scaring the sea lions down the river would solve the problem with the fishermen and the conservationists who don’t want you hurting the sea lions.

I hope someone will look into this idea.
