CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) — Ryan Fuller’s two-out single in the bottom of the ninth inning Sunday night gave Connecticut a 7-6 victory over Clemson and set up a deciding game in the regional.

The Huskies (44-18-1) and Tigers (43-19) will play Monday night, with the Clemson Regional winner playing the South Carolina-Stetson winner in the super regionals next weekend.

LJ Mazzilli led off the ninth with a single, moved to second on a bunt and scored the winning run on Fuller’s single to left off reliever Scott Weismann (3-5).

Clemson tied it in the top of the ninth on Spencer Kieboom’s two-run single off Kevin Vance (1-0), who blew his first save in 15 chances.

Doug Elliott homered for the Huskies, who had taken a 6-4 lead with three runs in the eighth on Tim Martin’s two-run single after Nick Ahmed’s bunt single tied it.
