SHORELINE, Wash. (AP) -- The King County sheriff's office says a woman who was critically injured in a police chase-crash in Shoreline is a felon who was wanted on two arrest warrants and apparently had methamphetamine in her possession.
The 24-year-old woman was a passenger in a car driven by a 19-year-old Everett man who sped away from a traffic stop Tuesday night and crashed into a tree. The tree fell on a house. No one inside was hurt
The sheriff's office says fire department aid crews extracted the man and woman from the wrecked car. They were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in critical condition.
