OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Gov. Chris Gregoire will lead a Washington trade delegation to Europe, including a visit to the Paris Air Show where Boeing and other state aviation companies will have exhibits.

The governor’s office says the delegation will leave Seattle Thursday on a mission to increase exports, encourage foreign investment and promote education.

Gregoire will stop in Madrid to meet with executives of the Dragados company, which is working on the Highway 99 tunnel project in Seattle. The delegation also will visit Hamburg to meet with Airbus executives to promote Washington’s aerospace supply companies.
