Smoke, water damage after Hood Canal School fire

SKOKOMISH, Wash. (AP) -- A small fire set off sprinklers that caused water damage at Hood Canal School at Skokomish in Mason County.

KBKW reports the school was quickly evacuated after smoke was discovered Thursday morning on the second floor. No one was injured and firefighters extinguished the blaze.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
