Food service van kills toddler in Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE, Wash. (AP) -- The Grant County sheriff's office says a toddler was run over and killed by a food service van in Moses Lake.
The van was under repair in a neighborhood Thursday night when it rolled backward over the 20-month-old child.
The child was pronounced dead at Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake.
