Port Angeles duckling survives blowdart

PORT ANGELES, Wash. (AP) -- A duckling that was shot with a metal blow dart last month in Port Angeles is back with its mother at Lincoln Park.
The Northwest Raptor and Wildlife Center says the duckling recovered after veterinary surgery and was released Monday night.
